According to TMZ, the actress filed the order after he allegedly threatened to have her killed, adding that the singer had before now, viciously attacked her..
The actress said in the document she filed against the singer;
“told a few people that he was going to kill me. [He said he would] take me out [an he] threatened to shoot me.”
“[He] punched me in my stomach twice [and] pushed me down the stairs,” adding that he said if he can’t have her, then no other man ever would.
