inward Surulere, Ojuelegba bus stop as well as strategic positions on
Ikorodu road.
Armored tanks have also been rolled out to stop the protest against policies of President Muhammadu Buhari government.

The police officers in response requested for the permit the protesters obtained to embark on their demonstration.
In Ibadan, Oyo state, an eyewitness told DAILY POST that the protest has kicked off with protest carrying placards.
“I counted over 50 police vans, trucks, and tanks. Some protesters
were shouting ‘where is our president, where is our president’
“The ones I saw gathered in places like Ojoo, in front of University of Ibadan gate, Beere, Iyanganku, Molete, Bodija”.
Despite the call by popular Nigerian musician, Innocent Idibia, also
known as Tuface and 2Baba, to pull out, activists vowed to go ahead
